A gas leak caused a flare-up at Hostel No. 6 on the IIT-Bombay campus in Powai, resulting in injuries to five persons, including two children aged nine and 12. The incident occurred on Thursday night, with four of the injured being transferred to Kasturba Hospital for further treatment, while one was admitted to Rajawadi Hospital, where all five were reported to be in stable condition.
