Xbox CEO Asha Sharma recently addressed all of Xbox in an internal town hall meeting, sharing her vision for the company's future. According to a transcript obtained by Windows Central, Sharma stated that Xbox has stabilized after a decline at the start of the year and is now returning to growth, with hours spent on the platform increasing more than 2-3 times what they were previously. She also emphasized the importance of focusing on fans and franchises, and outlined four key areas - core, content, creation, and connection - that will guide Xbox's future direction.
