The Chicago Bears have announced that they have signed quarterback Miller Moss to the Practice Squad and elevated Moss and wide receiver Kaden Davis from the practice squad for Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers. In a corresponding move, the Bears have released defensive back Keidron Smith from the practice squad.
