A baby boy who died shortly after he was born has been described as "the most precious and perfect" child by his parents in an inquest hearing. Eight-day-old Richard George died of a hypoxic brain injury through lack of oxygen, with evidence also suggesting low blood sugar, at the Royal Preston Hospital just over a week after his birth at Blackpool Victoria Hospital.
