Aaron Paul has sold his historic Los Angeles estate, the Seyler House, for $7.5 million after listing it for $10 million just over a year-and-a-half ago. The four-bedroom property sits on 1.5 acres beneath Griffith Park in the Los Feliz neighborhood and was previously owned by Paul following his move to Paris with wife Lauren and their two children after the January 2025 Southern California wildfires.
