Kathiresan "Kathir" impersonates a man named Jeevanandham to help his friend and uncover the truth about six villagers who were killed by a greedy entrepreneur. As he delves deeper into the case, Kathir becomes emotionally invested in the cause and rallies support from the community. However, his efforts are threatened when the real Jeeva escapes from prison and heads towards Chennai with an accomplice.
